The ECO Line X-ray inspection systems are characterised by easy and fast installation. This is due to their compact design that includes forklift pockets. As soon as the system arrives, the operator will be up and running thanks to low training requirements and user-friendly interface.

Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR)

VisiConsult has developed an in-house ADR toolbox using advanced image processing/Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms you can achieve significant savings. Meeting international standards such as ASTM as well as demanding company standards such as those in the automotive industry, VisiConsult’s ADR allows you to:

Detect porosity, inclusions and cracks
Measure defect geometries
Perform feature recogntion

Define ROIs and check metric like density, distance, size, defects per unit area and others which can be dynamically defined. The system can be easily trained by users, without the need for programming expertise.

ECO C. Systems

ECO R. Systems

ECO R. systems are universal X-ray inspection cabinets with in-built robotic arms for automated inspection and optimised for high throughput. The inclusion of a universal parts table allows automated inspection of several parts. A external second robot can be added for loading samples facilitating fully autonomous operation.
