The microArch D1025 is the world’s first hybrid resolution 3D printer that can print at two different resolutions, i.e. 10µm or 25µm. This was followed closely by the microArch D0210, capable of printing at 2µm and 10µm. This dual resolution capability gives users the flexibility to print faster when the highest resolution is not required. That said, both resolutions are available within a layer or in different layers. In conjunction with increased levels of automation, this system increases print efficiency, resulting in savings in time, money and resources.

Utilising BMF’s Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, the microArch D1025 achieves the same micron-level precision and repeatability that BMF is famous for. PµSL rapidly photopolymerises a layer of liquid polymer using a flash of UV light using a mask with micro-scale resolution.
