    Key Features

    • Multiple technology combinations - 6 dispensing technologies available, 5 printhead tools attachment slots and independent temperature control for each printhead tool. Full workzone coverage, quick release clip for seamless cartridge filling resulting in high cell viability printing
    • Integrated class II biosafety enclosure - Ergonomic design allows control from outside the biosafety enclosure facilitating an easy to clean work area
    • Process llexibility - Layer-by-layer, support materials for fresh complex structures
    • Ergonomics -The R-GEN Series bioprinters have been designed for ease of use, using experience gathered from years of interactions with our customers. They offer work height adjustments, clear sterile and easy to clean work environment, facilitated cartridge filling and replacement, easy change of workzones, reduced cross-contamination with cleaning and purging station and real-time parameter adjustment with a modern instrument interface.
    • Exchangeable workzones - Standard workzone, electrospinning and writing, physiologically temperature controlled (5-40°C) and high temperature controlled (RT to 80°C)
    • Calibrations and monitoring system - Contactless needle offset calibration, substrate height calibration option and process supervision system

The R-GEN 200 3D multimodal bioprinting station is a complete system that can be tailored to your specific requirements combining multiple printing technologies in a single process to mimic native tissue architecture, composition and complexity.

Pneumatic extrusion enables versatile processing of a wide range of different bioinks.

The light-curing kit enables for a fast, in-process crosslinking of photocurable materials while minimising the dose provided to cells.

The easy-to-use, intuitive SHAPER software and accurate optical calibration systems allow the process to be easily and automatically repeated in multiple wellplates for high-throughput screening.

  • Independent Temperature Control

Independent temperature management of each material cartridge and extrusion nozzle temperature and workzone ensures you keep the optimal print conditions.

    Electro-Spinning and Writing

All R-GEN instruments are built with the ability to be easily upgraded with electro-spinning and writing technology allowing the creation of micro- and nano-fibers.

    Exchangeable Workzones

The instrument modularity gives you the possibility to easily and quickly change your instrument base plate according to your needs. Select amongst 4 different workzones to manage temperature in the physiological range or above, to generate micro- and nano-fiber, or to simply print in specific labware.

  • Adjust Parameters in Real-Time

Adjust and refine print parameters any time during the print process.

    Monitor Protocol Actions

Visualize the protocol sequence and action status with the progress tracker.

    Reduce Protocol Development Time

Run trial print protocols using rough print parameters, close-up observation and real-time parameter adjustments to quickly identify optimum protocol conditions.
